The System

The SpaceCurl is a medical product „Made in Germany“, for which only highest quality, practically proven components were used in production.

Three perfectly calibrated and balanced rings, each made of four steel-hollow section segments, connected with self-securing screws.
The rings are connected with maintenance free high-performance double-bearings. Each ring therefore movable on one spatial plane, in combination of all rings than movement over all spatial planes possible.
Free standing, self-stabilizing construction with best possible access to the rings.
All rings can be secured vertically, separately released/activated by a foot-operated fixation brake
Outer ring also separately horizontally securable
Completely passive mechanical system without own drive or brake. Move, acceleration, movement, control and braking only by the person standing in the device.
Height-adjustable stand with padded foot-fixation over the instep of the foot. Symmetrical foot position. Height adjustment for dosage of stability, with measure scale for documentation and repetition of setup.
Pelvic fixation with 4 variable oval-paddings to avoid hyper-lordosis and allow operation over the full range of motion without the necessity to use the hands for fixation. The pelvic fixation is also vertically adjustable to respond to individual upper-body / lower-body length variances.
